The CORE Hotline is a service provided by Cephalon Oncology to help patients and their physicians understand the complexities of reimbursement.
The CORE Hotline can be accessed by dialing toll-free 1-866-261-7730.
Reimbursement consultants are available 9 am to 8 pm (ET) Monday through Friday to provide assistance with the following:
- Benefit verification and coverage
- Policy benefits and limitations
- Pre-certifications
- Drug and services coding information
- Coverage guidelines and claim requirements of payors
- Support throughout the entire claims process
- Requested information needed to support claims submission
- Appeals support
For coverage verification and prior authorization or appeal support, you will need to review and sign a brief enrollment form and fax or mail it to the CORE Hotline.
